Kent Pad Printing Machines
Packmark Australia have sold and serviced Kent Pad Printing Machines for
over 20 years. Today the range is made up of a number of Series of machines
each with a specific purpose. Kent also have a range of small flat bed
screen printers which, with change parts can double as rotary container
printers.
Kent equipment is extremely reliable therefore reducing on costs and down time. The cast aluminium C frame construction of the PP and PPD series machines is very strong ensuring that there is no deflection on the print stroke. All machines are pneumatically driven further enhancing the reliability of the equipment (PPD series machines can be driven by servo motors).
Kent equipment can be supplied as either an open ink well for the ink or a ceramic sealed ink cup. Kent have been developing the sealed ink cup for over 10 years and are seen as one of the pioneers of this technology. What is sealed ink cup? Follow the links to find out.
Alien Series of Pad Printing Machines
Made up of the Alien 100 and the Alien 130.
These machines can be stand alone, OR part of an inline print solution, OR grouped around an indexing table for multi position printing OR muliple machines in line. In short they are versitile and very quick - up to 4000 prints per hour.An example of two Alien 100 machines around an indexing table printing an electronic level can be found here.
KIPP Series of Pad Printing Machines
Made up of the KIPP90, KIPP100, KIPP150 and KIPP200.
This range can be considered as the introductory or economy range and is aimed at those companies and individuals with very simple applications who do not require some of the "bells and whistles" of the PP Series and PPD seriers. This series is available as both open ink well and ink cup.
KIPP90 is an ink cup only machine suitable for single colour only. Can print up to 80mm dia image. It is suitable for bench mounting or can be supplied with a machine stand. The KIPP90 is no longer stocked in Australia as the KIPP100 offers more machine for very little extra outlay. As with any machine it can be imported if required.
KIPP100 is available in either open ink well or ink cup. Open ink well sizes are 100mm x 100mm, 150mm, 200mm. In cups sizes are 60mm - 90mm. The KIPP100 is a single colour machine either bench mounted or with a stand.
KIPP150 is available in either open ink well or ink cup. Open ink well sizes are 150mm x 150mm up to 150mm x 450mm. Ink Cup sizes are from 70mm to 130mm. Can be specified from single colour up to 4 colour and is suitable for 2 and 4 colour shuttles and 14 station conveyors.
KIPP200 is available in either open ink well or ink cup. Open ink well sizes are 200mm x 150mm up to 200mm x 650mm. Ink Cup sizes are from 90mm to 150mm. Can be specified from single colour up to 4 colour and is suitable for attachment of product shuttles and conveyors.
PP Series of Pad Printing Machines
Made up of the PP21, PP21N, PP100 and PP150
This is the range that Kent have built their good reputation around. A range of strong, robust and versitile Pad Printing machines available in both open ink well and ink cup.
PP21 Single colour either open ink well or ink cup. Open Ink well sizes are 100mm x 100mm - 200mm. Ink cup sizes are 60, 70, 90mm.
PP21N Same as PP21 but can be specified as a 2 colour machine with the introduction of a product shuttle.
PP150 would be the most popular of all the machines Packmark sells. Available as either open ink well or ink cup. Can be purchased as a single colour machine and progressively upgraded to a 4 colour machine. Ink cup sizes range from 70mm up to 130mm.
PPD Series of Pad Printing Machines
The PPD range advances Pad Printing machines into the 21st century. Available with servo motor drive the possibilities are almost endless. Digital Shuttles for pad and product expands the posibilities of what can be printed and how acurately it can be printed.
