Packmark Australia has been involved in the supply and support of Date Coding equipment since 1976. We represent the Autoprint brand with the Autoprint POP4 Hot foil coder for date coding and batch coding and the POP500 and POP1000 for overprinting of Product names, Ingredient lists and Nutritional panels being the flagships of the range. Packmark has installed many units which today are saving companies in pre-printed inventory. One standard web with the variable information being printed on-line offers significant cost saving to our customers. Designed for easy installation on to most types of intermittent motion packaging machines, AUTOPRINT CODERS can also be mounted to continuous motion machines with the aid of a web arrester. The arrester is easily synchronised to cycle with the coder and contains a simple registration device for placing the print in the required position. Hot foil is a dry, clean and smudge free printing process, IT DOES NOT USE INKS. A clear and durable imprint giving variable information is instantly applied from an accurately indexed stamping foil which is available in a variety of colours. Practically all flexible materials - including plain and coated papers, cellophane, polythene, polypropylene laminates and coated aluminium can be printed with this method. AUTOPRINT coders are built for quality marking under most arduous conditions. Their action is smooth and efficient. Pneumatic cylinders are built to eliminate impact action thus prolonging the life-span of all moving parts. AUTOPRINT POP4 Hot Foil Coder FEATURES
Special AUTOPRINT coders can be made to suit your packaging machineor larger print situations. Machines can be supplied with or without mounting brackets and trained technical personnel can be provided by Packmark or one of its accredited agents to install the machinery and give you efficient after sales service.
The Autoprint POP500 and POP1000 is designed for ease of loading of a new roll of foil. Roll changes may be minimised by loading rolls of capacity 500m (1600 ft.) The units can be mounted in any orientation and their versatility enables them to be mounted in the most awkward locations. The units operate at speeds up to 150 prints per minute. Sensing devices signalling the need to reload the foil and or stop the parent machine can be fitted. The electronics and motor are rated for long term reliable operation with the stop / start action of the foil drive motor. Temperature control and dwell are electronically controlled. In the event of controller or motor failure the equipment is designed for rapid exchange of the control box. FEATURES
